As the Career Website & CRM Expert Europe, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's European career site and recruitment tools, as well as analyzing recruitment metrics and data to provide insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong technical skills, as well as experience working with web development platforms and recruitment technologies.

What will you be doing:
  • Manage and maintain the company's European career site and recruitment tools, including Drupal 9, Avature, Candidate ID, and TalentHub
  • Set up and configure new features and integrations within the Avature and Candidate ID systems, utilize the tool
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to the online career site and recruitment tools
  • Configure and implement new features and integrations within the recruitment tools to enhance the candidate, hiring manager, and recruiter experience
  • Prepare and distribute monthly recruitment reports based on the tracked metrics and data
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to discuss recruitment needs and priorities & create short TTH initiatives by using the Avature talent pools, updating the career site
What you'll bring:
  • Experience in web development using content management systems, with a preference for Drupal 9
  • 2-3 years of experience in website administration and management
  • Experience with recruitment tools and platforms such as Avature, Candidate ID, is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and data analysis
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools
  • Detail-oriented and focused on quality
