The Role of Team Member (TM)
We are currently recruiting for new Team Members. Within this role, your responsibilities include: making drinks, using the till, cleaning, providing excellent customer service, clearing tables, food preparation and washing up. You report directly to the Store Manager. You are required to follow all reasonable instructions and have passion for always going the extra mile. Customer service is at the forefront of everything you do, as well as growing sales by up-selling and recommending your favourite products!
