Responsibilities
Assist in store operations and resolve customer’s inquiries with a positive attitude;
Assist in implementing marketing advertising and promotion activities of branches;
Prepare and conduct on-boarding training for frontline staff;
Conduct market intelligence research and survey to drive business growth;
Provide administrative, clerical, & design support to the team.
Requirements
Higher Diploma or above in any discipline;
Preferably with 1-2 years of relevant experience;
Initiative, detail-minded, and a good team player;
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
Proficiency in PC skills;
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
