URGENT AND DIRECT HIRING FOR ACCOUNT COORDINATOR
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides overall day-to-day clients and manpower service and support.
- Proactively communicating with clients on a daily basis in a professional, efficient manner.
- Attending the needs of the client and continually seeking ways to add value to the client-agency relationship.
- Working closely with assigned clients to determine needs for manpower and operations.
- Participating in and documenting discussions during client meetings and conference calls.
- Responsible for planning, organizing and scheduling workers to ensure that client's labor requirements and needs are fulfilled.
- Assist in candidate sourcing, screening and interviewing.
- Assist in new employee onboarding.
- Assist with new employee orientation.
- Perform other related tasks from time-to-time
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or associate degree.
- With relevant experience as a coordinator, an advantage.
- People handling skills.
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
- Exceptional presentation and verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills and experience with MS Office.
- No problem with fieldwork and travel, as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From Php435.00 per day
