URGENT AND DIRECT HIRING FOR ACCOUNT COORDINATOR

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provides overall day-to-day clients and manpower service and support.
  • Proactively communicating with clients on a daily basis in a professional, efficient manner.
  • Attending the needs of the client and continually seeking ways to add value to the client-agency relationship.
  • Working closely with assigned clients to determine needs for manpower and operations.
  • Participating in and documenting discussions during client meetings and conference calls.
  • Responsible for planning, organizing and scheduling workers to ensure that client's labor requirements and needs are fulfilled.
  • Assist in candidate sourcing, screening and interviewing.
  • Assist in new employee onboarding.
  • Assist with new employee orientation.
  • Perform other related tasks from time-to-time

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or associate degree.
  • With relevant experience as a coordinator, an advantage.
  • People handling skills.
  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
  • Exceptional presentation and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills and experience with MS Office.
  • No problem with fieldwork and travel, as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From Php435.00 per day

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Cebu City, Cebu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
