Job Description


Salary Range:
$145k - $150k (depending on experience)

Location: Fully Remote

Job Description

  • Define and document user journeys representing interaction scenarios.
  • Create and evolve design documentation and artifacts, including workflows, task flows, user flows, site maps, annotated wireframes, functional requirements, functional prototypes and research results.
  • Envision and define innovative and effective flows and interaction styles to improve efficiency and user productivity.
  • Produce and document thorough research of user behavior. Define a comprehensive usability testing protocol to accurately gather user interactions and responses. Conduct in-depth analysis to gain insights and recommend ways to improve the user experience. Define prototype and usability studies using multi-variant testing to inform design decisions.
  • Evaluate proposed design elements to ensure consistency throughout the user experience.
  • Evaluate existing User Interfaces and suggest ways to improve and optimize the user experience.

Qualifications


Required Skillset:

  • 6+ years’ experience designing web/cloud-based products and interactions, preferably in a large multi-site organization.
  • Experience with Portal design
  • Knowledge of User Interface Design Principles and Best Practices
  • Knowledge of information architecture
  • Knowledge of responsive design
  • Knowledge of human centered design
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in an autonomous environment.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field of study

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Must have an Active Public Trust Clearance or have the ability to obtain one.
