Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the full life cycle management of large-scale projects of the international short video R&D team, able to manage and coordinate large-scale projects/programmes/project portfolios, achieve established business goals within the specified time, and be responsible for project results can pass quantitative/ Qualitative analysis and measurement of project output and efficiency 2. In-depth research and development of team business, assisting in the completion of key project management, process optimization, team building, etc. within the team and across teams 3. Combined with business and team characteristics, accumulate and precipitate project management experience And methodology, team knowledge base, and enable training team project management related content to optimize the team's overall collaboration efficiency and continue to abstract the common process/standard platform.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, 3 years or above of relevant experience in management consulting/strategic research/project management/Internet product technology 2. Strong communication skills, able to adapt to high-intensity and fast-paced work, and independently undertake project management 3. Be sensitive and curious about new things, be good at learning, be result-oriented, have no boundaries, and have a strong sense of ownership 4. Be good at in-depth thinking, have excellent logical thinking and analysis skills, and have good business understanding skills 5. Bonus points: have a technical background, hold PMP or Scrum certification, and English can be used as a working language.
