- Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and live chat.
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records, including interactions, transactions, and resolutions.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges, and ensure accurate billing and shipping information.
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and technical support.
- Educate customers on company policies, procedures, and product features.
