  • Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed customer records, including interactions, transactions, and resolutions.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges, and ensure accurate billing and shipping information.
  • Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and technical support.
  • Educate customers on company policies, procedures, and product features.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From Php18,000.00 per month
