Responsibilities:
As "Site Operations Team Leader" you will be in charge of:
Manage orders flow from sites to factory – volume, due dates, priority, allocation- Coordination between main business units – real time operational impact during high season. Factory – Sales - Customer service
- Manage Customer ETA expectations – when will my package arrive?
- Manage shipping offering – ETA, gaps, pricing, messaging, available options
- Manage shipping offering testing setup and control
- Manage cross site elements, messaging, and settings – based on ETA during high season
- Manage QA team member responsible for QA of processes above
- E-commerce Operations Department is looking for Site Operations Lead.
