About the job
As a Sales and Operations Execution (S&OE) Demand Expert, you will be at the forefront of ensuring that our demand planning, a result of our Integrated Business Planning (IBP), is executed flawlessly. Working closely with production planning, you will monitor our demand planning and ensure that any deviations are highlighted for short term (up to 3 months) action, while also keeping the mid and long-term implications in mind. This role includes occasional global travel and involvement in exciting projects, providing valuable exposure within our company. This position serves as a great entry point into future roles within the supply chain area, allowing you to gain a comprehensive understanding of how our business operates. You will be able to hone your skills and develop a strong foundation for your future career growth. In addition, your tasks will include:
- Developing weekly analytical reports on various short-term demand key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends
- Managing and facilitating meetings among various stakeholders with a focus on coordination and efficient communication
- Tracking actions and driving follow-up discussions to ensure timely and effective implementation of decisions
- Owning the S&OE process and leading efforts to improve its maturity and roadmap
- Acting as the central point of contact between diverse departments, such as Executive Management, Commercial Execution, Supply Chain, and Supply & Demand Planning

What we expect from you in terms of
Education & Skills
- A master’s degree in supply chain management or corresponding working experience
- Understanding of Business-to-Business (B2B) processes and how they intersect with supply chain planning
- Exceptional intercultural communication skills & analytical way of thinking
- Knowledge of supply planning tools, advanced planning and optimization (e.g. ERP, APO), and demand forecasting tools is a plus
Languages
- English – Fluent
- Any other language would be an asset
Work Experience
- Several years of relevant professional experience in Supply Chain planning roles (e.g. demand planning, finished goods planning, raw material planning, inventory planning, S&OE, S&OP)
