To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Regional Compliance Manager.
Regional rollout of Whistleblowing system as well as regional steering and handling of reports and case allocation (including ECC meetings) and follow-up. Cooperation with Central Functions, other Regional Senior Compliance Managers and local organizations to ensure effective and timely conduct of internal investigations (including coordination of external legal advice and personal lead of investigations )
Supporting the Director Compliance in relation to Compliance Organisation (link to Internal Control System), Compliance Reporting (ECC, ICC, BoD), and definition of general Compliance standards
Responsibility for the regional rollout (CSC/BU's, Plants) of the Compliance Program Anti-Bribery (Risk Analysis, Policies, Procedures, Internal Controls, Reporting, Supervision and Improvement) based on overall directions aligned with Director Compliance.
Providing regional Compliance Advice (focus on Anti-Bribery Compliance Program), regional adaptation and deployment of the Training and Communication Concept Anti-Bribery in cooperation with central / local HR and concerned functions (RHQ, CSC/Bus, Plants, including regular visits to Gemba) and related documentation and reporting
Closely working with local leadership at Plants and CSC/Bus (incl. regular local visits) within areas of responsibility to contribute to the establishment of a Compliance Culture and implement effective Compliance risk prevention and detection measures
