As Operator Geust Service Agent, you will set departmental goals and targets to ensure a continuously improving customer service experience to Guests.
1. Handling Guest requests and enquires to ensure a positive outcome.
2. Ensure the current knowledge of all hotel information of room categories, room and Outlets rates, packages, promotions, local area and other general product knowledge.
3. Complete the registration process by inputting and retrieving information from a computer system, confirming pertinent information.
4. Ensure the correct operation of the switchboard for fast and efficient transferring of internal and external calls to relevant team member or department.
