We are looking for a Landscape Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of plants, soils, and landscaping techniques, as well as experience in operating landscaping equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the grounds of our properties, including mowing, trimming, planting, and watering. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair landscape features such as sprinkler systems, irrigation systems, and drainage systems.
- Operate various types of landscaping equipment such as mowers, edgers, trimmers, and blowers.
- Perform regular maintenance on landscaping equipment.
- Maintain and repair hardscapes such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Install and maintain plants and trees.
- Perform soil preparation for planting.
- Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides as needed.
