We are looking for an IT Helpdesk & Service Intern, who will take a key responsibility in supporting our internal operational backbone to ensure processes are smooth and flawless.
You will join an evolving group and work in a cross-functional way within the Tech and IT teams.
If you join us, you will:
- Be responsible for preparing onboarding and offboarding of IT assets, coordinating with the HR Team and Team Managers
- Handle IT Helpdesk L1 activities onsite ensuring responsiveness: IMAC (Installation, Moving, Adding, Changing) SW & HW, Printer configuration, Networking issues, Smartphones Management and Third Party Tools Support
- Support the IT team and engage dedicated external IT Partners to handle complex issues
- Ensure proper Asset Management - through assigning and constantly tracking of the assets on our ITSM System, in accordance with our ISO 27001 requirements
- Oversee the proper application of cybersecurity best practices onsite, in compliance with the guidelines defined by ISO 27001
- Make a difference in a project which ultimately aims at improving People Wellbeing, both through Technology and Human Care
- Good proficiency with macOS, Android, Google and Microsoft services. We are open to experiment with different and newer technologies in the future if there is clear rationale and capability
- An open mind to actively seek new perspectives and ways of doing things: we expect that you have passion for solving technical problems and enjoy experimenting and proposing new ways to improve existing processes
- A friendly approach and a passion for supporting colleagues
- Paid internship starting from July 2023 - full time
