Required Skills:
- Minimum Experience (Mud Engineering Services & Supervision) – 10-12 Years
- Saudi Arabia Experience – Must have
- LSTK Experience – Must Have

Following Mud Systems and other SCE experience is required.
- Water Based Mud
- Oil Base Mud
- Reservoir Drill-In-Fluids
- Brines – NaCl & CaCl2
- Packer Fluids
- Brine Filtration
- Centrifuge Operations
- WBM & OBM Reservoir Remediation Systems
Reporting & Engineering Software
- Proficient with daily Mud reporting and engineering software.
- Review Well Mud Program and communication with Mud engineers on rigs.
- Preparation of end of well reports.
Key responsibilities / accountabilities
- Work within Company HS&E policies.
- Proficient in English to communicate with client representatives and internally to discuss on operational issues and provide necessary solutions. Provides technical guidance and work direction to field staff.
- Supervise the drilling fluids services on the drilling location, coordinating material, people and the necessary equipment movement to execute services with a highest quality of service.
- Coordinate with the client field and base representative to follow up on day-to-day operation and forecast plan.
- Financial understanding to prepare and implement revenue plans for specific projects.
- Liaison between Filed and Town Office on operations related communications and planning.

Inventory Management –
- Main control point for the Field Chemical Inventory management.
- Liaison between Mud Engineers on rig and Materials Coordinator & Fluids Coordinator in town.
- Inventory Planning and communication with Materials coordinator for future inventory required based rigs well schedule.
- Inventory movement – coordinate with Mud Engineers on rig and Materials Coordinator in town to move inventory from vendors to well site.

Satellite LMP management
- Management of Vacuum Truck & Mud Tanker Fleet in field for Mud transfer.
- Mud movement - Load in / Lod out of Fluids from Rig to LMP & Vise Versa.
- Understanding of contracts harvesting to execute the project.
