You will be responsible for providing ongoing L&D support to IP EMEA locations. You will be responsible for
- Coordinating all logistic activities around Learning initiatives
- Managing and understanding business needs in order to meet its learning expectations
- Constantly developing own training skills and competence development knowledge
- Introducing process improvements
- Providing high quality training participants experience
TALENT MANAGEMENT
- Coordinating D&I awareness (incl. e-learning & tracking)
- MyRoadmap system: supporting users and providing guidance
- Supporting other projects as needed
CONTENT & CURRICULUM CREATION
- Creating e-learning content, creates curriculum as per business requirements and according to internal People Processes
- Creatively communicating trainings, learning material & other talent management related content with the organization
- Playing a role of SME supporting HRBPs regarding talent development tools and methods
TRAINING DELIVERY
- Supporting training delivery and delivering training sessions according to business needs
You have
- 3 to 5 years of experience in HR Department, preferably L&D
- Fluency in the local language
- Fluency in English
- Strong interest and enthusiasm in people development
- Positive attitude and willingness to develop
- Organizational, time management and planning skills
- Good knowledge of talent development tools and practices
- Business Acumen – ability to understand development/training needs of internal customers
- Customer focus
- Strong interpersonal skills combined with the ability to build effective relationships
- Intuitive quick learner that works well with minimal direction
- Ability to travel up to 20%
