Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Bilingual English/Spanish)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a customer service representative who is fluent in both English and Spanish, both spoken and written, to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, complaints, and billing information, using our ticket system and email management software. This is a fast-paced, dynamic work environment that requires excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with our ticket system to resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
- Retain customers and resolve customer complaints to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collect payments and update billing information
- Manage email correspondence and answer frequently asked questions
- Perform data entry and administrative tasks as required
- Adapt to changing standard operating procedures (SOP) as needed
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
- Minimum of 2 Years of Experience in Customer Support
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to adapt to changing SOPs and procedures
- Professional and courteous demeanor
