An exclusive luxury clinic offering facial aesthetic treatments delivered by experienced aesthetic doctors is looking for a Patient Concierge.
Your role is to ensure that all patients receive a warm welcome and have a flawless patient journey. You will manage all reception duties and work closely with colleagues to provide a seamless service.
The majority of your time will be client facing, greeting guests in the clinic, and looking after them throughout their time at the clinic. You will deal with any requests or queries promptly and make sure patients are comfortable.
You will deal with patient onboarding and administration, ensuring that all records are maintained accurately, and you will assist with general clinic duties such as maintenance of the reception area.
Skills and experience required
You must have experience of working in a similar role in a high-end environment, and have excellent communication and administration skills.
You should excel at teamwork, have a strong focus on quality, and be motivated to achieve an excellent standard of service.
The Client
Compass Associates are proud to working with a leading Aesthetic Clinic, located in Central London, who are currently in search for an experienced Clinic Coordinator / Medical PA to join their team. Our client offers a variety of specialist non-surgical cosmetic procedures and advanced beauty treatments, tailoring treatment plans in order to achieve the desired results. Due to their increased business demands, the Front of House team is now growing, so if you have experience in this field and are looking for a new challenge, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
The Role
The successful candidate will work within the Front of House Team and responsibilities will include meeting and greeting patients, delivering excellent customer service, assisting the Doctors with the coordination of clinics and clients, preparing treatment plans, taking charge of patient notes, booking appointments and diary management.
You will be a key member of the team, as well as a key part of the patients journey. We are looking for someone who is ambitious, a great communicator and has a genuine passion for the aesthetic industry.
This is a full-time position consisting of 48 hours per week, which includes a 60 minute paid lunch break. Shifts currently fall between Monday to Sunday. Weekend (fri/sat/sun) cover will typically be 1 Saturday every 3 or 4 weeks.
Requirements
Previous experience working as a Clinic Coordinator, Receptionist, Front of House (or similar role)
Previous experience working within the aesthetic industry
Sales focused and experienced working with KPIs
Strong customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Passion for the aesthetic industry
Great attention to detail
Excellent organisational skills
Polite and professional
Positive outlook with a can-do attitude
Salary & Package
In return, there is a generous salary on offer up to £35,000 per annum, as well a their commission scheme which includes personal performance, company performance and sales. They also offer additional benefits including discounts, wellness benefits, work perks, private pension scheme and annual leave allowance. The clinic is also closed between Christmas and New Year, giving you a well-deserved break to spend with your loved ones.
