Daily Responsibilities to Include:
- Handling all incoming phone calls
- Managing internet opportunities in a quick and professional manner
- Managing the service schedule
- Scheduling and making arrangements for guests that would like to visit our dealership
- Following up with guests about their visits to ensure satisfaction
- Build rapport quickly with guests with a friendly but professional demeanor
- Learning to become a master at converting a hesitant guest, to a brand advocate
- Additional responsibilities, as business needs dictate
Desired Traits:
- Excellent phone, organizational, written, and oral skills
- Must be able to use good grammar in all written communications
- Ability to think outside the box, independently, while working with guests
- Enjoy the rush of success, especially in tough situations
- Being a Jedi Master on the phone
- Persistence, knowing the 100th call may not get the job done, but the 101st just might
