My client is seeking 2 Money Helpline Advisor's offering impartial help and guidance members on everything from pensions and investments to savings and protection.
The Money Advice team are passionate about giving clear, jargon-free and unbiased help and guidance. Rather than recommending particular products or services, you will offer guidance and provide informat! ion which will help consumers make more informed personal fina! nce choices. There are no sales call or targets, but to provide a great service.
Whether you're working currently in Financial Services, Insurance or as an existing Money Adviser, you'll have a genuine passion for helping and talking to people as well as having the confidence and credibility to deliver the kind of information that really makes a difference.
Having already gained a professional Diploma in Financial Planning or an equivalent qualification, you'll be keen to continue with your training to broaden your knowledge further
Key requirements are:
- Broad knowledge of Personal Finance particularly
- Savings
- General Insurance
- Pensions
- Protection
- Investments including collective investments
- Taxation
- Thorough understanding of financial regulation and law as it relates to consumers of financial products and services
- To be aware of the difference between mone! y advice and financial advice (based on FCA direction) and to ensure that the boundary between the two types of advice is not transgressed.
- Experience providing face to face or telephone money/financial advice to consumers.
- Flexibility and able to work as part of a team
QCF4 Diploma in Financial Services (ideal but not essential)
