The Pelham Hotel a 5* unique boutique hotel, is looking for an excellent all round professional to join the Food & Beverage Department as Food and Beverage supervisor.
The successful candidate will be experienced within the Food and Beverage environment with addition to a very strong background in Conferences and Events.
Bringing inspiration to maintain healthy relationships with guests and colleagues alike at all levels. You will have an out going personality, be proactive, confident, self-motivated, you will be able to work towards achieving results and demonstra! te success.
The successful candidate will also have excell! ent communication skills, passion for food & beverage and great customer services, be well presented and have at least 1 years experience in a similar role.
In this role you will report into the Restaurant Manager and be responsible for all aspects of running a busy contemporary restaurant and a stylish destination bar alongside overseeing Room Service and Meeting and Events.
You will be responsible for motivating and training the team of about forty, ensuring a consistent polished guest service experience is offered at all times. Working along side the Restaurant Manager you will also ensure that financial targets are met and that the business is driven forward. You will continually re-evaluate our products and services looking for ways to positively enhance and improve them from both a guest and a financial perspective.
This is an excellent opportunity for the structured and driven hands on manager - it is not for the faint hearted nor the office squirrels, bu! t it will give you an excellent overall exposure of F&B operations in a high end 4* hotel as well as active role in hotel’s senior management team through various projects and Duty Management.
