Description: Paragon Print and Packaging is looking of 4 x Warehouse Operatives right now, this occupation will be placed in England. We currently have a vacancy for four Warehouse Operatives based at the Gainsborough site, working a four shift pattern. The main focus of these roles is to support Â"Coveris UKFCÂ" responsibility within the Flexibles industry, and assist with the key task of meeting customersÂ' demands and requirements. It is also to ensure the smooth flow of product from supplier through to customer with the emphasis on safety, accuracy, quality and timing.
Main duties will include but are not restricted to:
• Collate orders to customer requirements with high le! vel of accuracy (99% plus).
• Maintain and control stock ! in warehouse (99% plus accuracy).
• Maintenance and good housekeeping.
• Working to tight schedules to ensure a high level of customer service.
• To adhere to the companyÂ's health, safety and hygiene policies.
• To fully understand and have knowledge of the scan gun uses and downloads as per training given.
• To fully understand and have knowledge of the Prism & Chimera system and its use in all aspects of the warehouse and despatch departments, as per training given.
• To fully understand and receive raw goods and produce correct bar codes, as per training given.
• To fully understand and receive finished goods, as per training given.
• Maintain and control accuracy levels on labelling of reels with barcodes.
• To conduct regular stocktakes as directed by your line manager.
You must have the following skills:
• Conscientious
• Flexible with hours
• Ability to manage and deal with change in a fast ! moving and demanding environment while still maintaining standards set within the business
• To be trusted to use own initiative with all of the principle accountabilities
• Sound written/oral communication skills
• Valid fork lift licence
• Full driving licence
• High level of numeracy and accuracy skills
• Sound PC skills
• Full working knowledge of Prism, as per training given.
