Branch Manager / Artisan Bakery

Our client, an innovative and ethically minded cafe are looking for a Branch Manager to work on a permanent basis in their new cafe due in Stokesley Town Centre. The business prides themselves on only using organic, local produce.

This is the ideal role for a dynamic Branch Manager looking to develop their career with an exciting and growing company. The role will be very much a sales focussed role, exercising complete responsibility for developing and managing business opportunities.

This is a full time permanent rol! e, hours of work are five days out of seven with a salary is 1! 8,000 per annum which will potentially increase after a successful probation period.

As a Branch Manager you will be responsible for managing an already established team and ensuring the smooth running of the cafe.

Your duties will include:

  • Developing sales by way of networking and events
  • Increasing sales, profitability and market share
  • Customer and Employee satisfaction
  • Management of team
  • Coordinating and monitoring all sales
  • Organising staff rotas and holidays
  • Liaising with kitchen staff
  • Providing consistent, excellent customer service
To be considered for the role of Branch Manager, you must have:

  • Highly developed organisational and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Good commercial acumen
  • Strong leadership skills
  • The drive to succeed and grow the business.
Addit! ionally you must possess high levels of communication skills, you will be commercially aware, have excellent interpersonal skills and have previous experience within a managerial role.

Although not essential, as the role is sales driven, a strong sales background in a similar industry would be advantageous.
