Randstad Care is currently recruiting for support workers who have experience in the mental health field and are based in or around Abingdon, Oxfordshire.
Our client is looking for experienced support workers to care for one service user with a mental health background and minor learning disabilities. Support will be on a two-to-one basis. You must have at least one years experience working in a support worker role and have mental health and learning disability experience.
This is shift based work that will require someone w! ho can work at least 20hours per week, with the possibility of! working up to full time hours. Flexibility is essential, as well as someone who is a good communicator and works well in a team.
