As an Eco Advisor, you will be pivotal in looking after the needs of our clients’ customers. You will assume responsibility for increasing awareness of a leading Government Energy Efficiency initiative, highlighting the benefits of the ECO scheme and generating leads for sign up. You will actively plan, position and promote the initiative to homeowners, assessing buildings for suitability and booking surveys upon customer commitment. Your conversation will leave the customer feeling great about our client by promoting the right products for their individual needs.
Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve key performan! ce targets through delivering excellent customer service
  • Manage a geographical territory of households, prospecting at each doorstep
  • Use a consultative approach to identify eligible households and present tailored solutions to meet their needs
  • Collate all meeting outcomes and general viability data on all households through an in house data system
  • Provide industry insight to your team, communicating areas of opportunity and interest where identified
  • Take ownership for customer queries and complaints by escalating them through the appropriate channels in a timely manner
  • Adhere to competence and training procedures, promoting a culture where customers are treated fairly and are properly informed
  • Comply with regulatory frameworks, escalating risks where appropriate
  • Comply with Health and Safety guidelines and procedures
