LOANS PROCESSOR

Description: Wisdom is at the momment seeking for LOANS PROCESSOR right now, this career will be placed in England. You will process the mortgage applications from initial receipt through to the successful completion of the mortgage. You will carry out reference enquiries and other checks to verify the information provi! ded, prepare and recommend the mortgage offer, arrange for release of mortgage funds and subsequent completion, update the computer system, spreadsheets and other records, liaise with customers & intermediaries as required.
Key requirements
Candidates will be educated to at least 5 GCSEs grade A-C or equivalent with a minimum B in English and Maths. They must be PC literate, have an eye for detail, excellent communication skills and be able to perform well under pressure. Candidates will also be expected to be flexible regarding working hours during busy periods.
They will have previous loans/mortgage processing experience and ideally be CeMap qualified.
Salary & Benefits
The salary offered will be up to 20,000 p.a. dependent on skills, qualifications and experience.
