Descriptio! n:
LSA NVQ/CACHE Level 3, North Birmingham, for an Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties School.

An EBD School in Birmingham for students with emotional and behavioural difficulties and have been excluded from a mainstream setting (KS3and4) requires a talented teaching assistant, trained in NVQ level 3 or equivalent. Any Team-Teach training would be beneficial too.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals to support students on a one to one basis with curriculum support, anger management sessions and supporting small groups with class based activities. The role will involve working under the direction of a class teacher.

The school offers on-going support and guidance and a fantastic welcoming Team who are dedicated to the needs of their students.

To be part of the team you will need to be:

• Team-Teach trained and NVQ level 3 in childcare
• A warm and caring individual
• Enthusiastic, hard! working and dedicated to putting students first
• A tea! m player who can use their initiative and take direction and guidance where needed
• Taking responsibility for the progress of pupils.
• Organising the classroom to create a positive learning environment.
• Motivating pupils
• Working with others to plan and coordinate work.
• Staying up to date with changes and developments
• Taking part in school events and activities
