Our client within the Energy industry is looking to appoint a Global Co-ordinator to support the HR, Talent and Reward teams. Working within this hybrid role we are looking for an individual prefera! bly from a consultancy environment possessing a multitude of experience to include the following:
Provide accurate and timely management information regularly and on an ad hoc basis in usable formats to meet business needs.
Provide central HR IT coordination to include managing the HRIT budget, promoting the use of existing HR Information Systems and assisting the global HR team to define future HRIT developments.
Manage the administration of core global HR processes specifically around year End performance, compensation reviews and employee surveys.
Consistently review all HR processes, assess requirements, make recommendations and implement.
Implementing or improve existing HR system and self-service portal, make recommendations and implement improved HR system.
Provide user training to employees on how to use the HR system.
