Our clients are a motoring group consisting of 45 dealerships across the country and are currently recruiting for a Customer Advisor in the Service Department to join their Peugeot team in Guildford.

Our clients dealership in Guildford has an annual turnover in excess of £10.9m, New volumes in excess of 350 units, Used volumes of 800 units and labour hours of 14500 per annum.

As a Customer Advisor, you'll have a vital role. Only with your helpful, courteous manner, organised approach and eye for detail, can you give people the outstanding service that they expect.You'll greet visitors, answer telephone calls and liaise with workshop staff; acting as the first point of contact for all customers so excellent communication skills are vital.
