Ripe4 is currently seeking a bright, dynamic and talented Process Improvement Manager to join an extremely fast growing Commercial Finance organisation.
The role would have you implement busines! s wide cultural change and process simplification involving a full analytical review using your influencing skills to drive growth productivity of simplification.
Responsibilities:
- Overall bank wide process responsibility through each individual business function
- Utilise project management skills to drive cross functional projects with the aim of centralising, standardising and simplifying Lean controls and processes
- Act as a change leader within the Change Acceleration Process
- Manage budgets and all project associated contracts
- Educated to degree level in a Finance, Business or IT based degree
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified (trained to Black Belt level is also acceptable)
- Demonstrable project management skills
- Solid career background of process improvement preferably in a greenfield environment
- Some consultancy experience
