Description: BS Social Care is at present looking to employ Telemarketing - Swedish or Finnish speaking right now, this job will be placed in England. Detailed specification about this job opportunity please read the description below. You will be expected to: - Achieve 2, B (budget). A (authority). N (need). T(timeframe) qualified Leads and 2 -3 nurture leads (pipeline) per man day worked! - Make a minimum of 100 dials per man day worked, and or minimum of 3 hours talk time
- Hold minimum 10 high quality calls per man day worked with open dialogue and content with prospect customers i.e. decision makers / influencers
- Must have language competency in written form and dialogue in the required languages of either Swedish or Finnish
- Identify new sales leads and nurtures, record conversation in CRM tool, recommend products and or services to prospects
- Research industry/company profiles to identify key contacts at prospective customers within assigned territories for targeted lead generation
- Ability to conceptually understand the customer situation, and to communicate / educate how VMWARE offerings can address customer needs
- Problem solving attitude and a desire to own customer satisfaction
- Work proactively to build a strong pipeline through lead generation and solution selling
