We are currently offering an exciting opportunity to join our fast moving growing team as a Recruitment Consultant with the o! pportunity for career progression to become a Branch Manger in our Leeds city centre office.
We are looking for a team member who is self motivated, driven who is looking to advance in the company and knows the Leeds area.
You will be responsible for growing existing business with regular clients as well as proactively looking for new business opportunities.
We are ideally looking for somebody who has previous experience running a BUSY Temp desk as this role is initially to cover a maternity leave post for 12 months and after which you will progress on within the Company.
Recruitment is not simply a case of skills matching but one of truly understanding a client's business, culture and needs, as well as the career aspirations and expectations of candidates. In order to be successful you will need great interpersonal and customer service skills in addition to sales experience and the attitude to succeed.
Working hours are Monda! y to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm and OTE of 30k, mobile phone ! and access to a company vehicle, salary negotiable
