This position offers the opportunity to undertake an Administration role within a test and engineering environment as well as taking on some project management of small projects. Being based within a Test environment you will be responsible for basic administration in support of the test team such as processing expenses, archiving, filing and handling enquiries, compiling quotations and logbooks.
Additionally you will have the opportunity to undertake some project management of test projects. This will include receiving and handling test samples, scheduling testing, progress monitoring and communication with the client, creating reports and invoices.
For the position of Project Administrator you should have proven administration skills, with the ability to multi-task, excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and a strong commercial awareness. Ideally you will have worked in an engineering or project environment previously. P! referably you will hold a business related qualification such ! NVQ/HND or degree.
