Job Description Job Summary: The Go-to-Market Knowledge Manager will lead and support Knowledge Management (KM) activities and take responsibility and accountability for the availability and quality of knowledge assets contained in Global Sales and Markets (GS&M) repositories which support Go-to-Market activities. You will also be responsible for developing content strategies that take into consideration the need to work closely and effectively with content owners from a variety of other departments (e.g.

Finance, Human Resources and Marketing), as well as working to embed knowledge sharing! behaviours, KM processes and solutions within Sector and Glob! al Account Teams. The Knowledge Manager develops and reviews requirements for data management governance and processes related to content acquisition and maintenance activities and works with the GS&M Knowledge Lead and GS&M Technology Enablement team to develop vision and strategy for IT solutions, to ensure that Global Lead Partners, Account Teams and wider LoB/Sector, Markets and Function communities can access the best examples of Go-to-Market content, and expertise, quickly and easily.The Knowledge Manager reports directly to the GS&M Knowledge Lead.Key Responsibilities: - Enable access to high quality, accurate data about KPMG to support proposals, winning business and other related client-conversations, thereby reducing the many hours that are currently spent searching, improving response times and reducing cost of sale - Work with Markets, Advisory, Audit, Tax, finance, marketing and other involved stakeholders and support teams, to gather business requirements, ide! ntify gaps and opportunities for improvement to current processes and recommend (improved) alternative processes for making available a defined set of Go-to-Market data points - Serve as a single point of contact for Sector and Function Leaders, the global proposal and bid support community, Global Lead Partners, and their teams on all matters related to Go-to-Market content including identifying means to continuously improve knowledge programs and solutions - Work closely with the Advisory/GS&M Technology Enablement team to take joint responsibility for ensuring that business requirements are translated into an appropriate technical solution - Develop (in conjunction with GS&M /Advisory KM leadership) a governance model to identify clear business ownership to support the sustained success of this initiative - Maintain regular contact with member firms and functions to promote the benefits of alignment with global processes and escalate issues appropriately - Train, support! and take responsibility for the oversight of data management activitie! s at KGS - Work with GS&M/Advisory KM Leadership (and the business) to extend and continuously improve the approach and scope to ensure that the Go-to-Market content set remains relevant to and focused on meeting business requirements - Establish strong relationships with Service Line Partners, practice professionals, CoE leads, bid and proposal support teams and Global Lead Partners and their teams to identify KM needs/requirements, measures of success and obtain participation in the program from LoB/Sector, Service Line and country leadership and subject matter experts - Establish, develop and manage subject matter expert networks, including identifying measures of success and defining roles and expectations of all parties. - In conjunction with the GS&M Knowledge Lead define and manage service levels, critical success factors, and maturity model targets for the Go-to-Market knowledge program. Accountable for ensuring that the Go-to-Market program leverages leading practi! ces, agreed standards, and aligns with GS&M, and firm wide KM programs (including taxonomies, UI, use of offshore resources, etc) - Manage content architecture for assigned content areas i.e.
