Youth Mentor (ST/2087)

Location: England

Description: Shaw Trust is at present recruited Youth Mentor (ST/2087) right now, this vacancy will be placed in England. To support young people from disadvantaged backgrounds, build relationships with them and support them to overcome social and personal barriers to see training and employment as worthwhile goals ! and seek to secure them. To facilitate the transition for as many clients as possible into sustained training or employment and training according to local targets and plans.

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 36.5 hours per week Monday to Friday.

Salary: £19,771 to £21,967

Location : will be based in either whitstable or sittingbourne depending on the nearest location of the successful candidate.

Shaw Trust is committed to safeguarding. As the role will involve working with vulnerable adults an Enhanced Criminal Records Disclosure will be required for the successful applicant.
