Technical competency (qualifications and training)

A qualification, or accredited training, in systematic instruction, training, or social care. (D)

Experience

Relevant previous experience in working with clients who face disadvantages in relation to employment, inclusion and independence. (E)

Relevant previous experience in working with clients on employment focused programmes. (E)

Knowledge and understanding of employment related issues and service user needs for all client groups. (E)

Experience of delivering traini! ng in group situations and providing one to one coaching. (E) !

Experience of building relationships with third parties. (E)

Experience of delivering to specified quality standards or compliance measures. (E)

Good understanding of the local and national labour market. (D)

First hand knowledge from spending time on related volunteering
