Dynamic Cash Management is predominantly marketed through professional intermediaries (such as financial advisers, solicitors and accountants), has attracted in excess of £350m since launch in 2010 and is growing rapidly.

Role Summary

An exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual who is in the early stages of their career in the financial services industry, and keen to develop into a successful business development manager (b2b).

We are looking for somebody ! with the drive to write new business and a passion for deliver! ing outstanding service to both new and existing clients.

An insight into the role

Your role will be to deepen relationships with an existing book of warm intermediaries in order to generate and close new business prospects and grow FUM. In addition you will be expected to autonomously increase FUM by adding new intermediaries to our successful Partnership Programme.

Full support and training will be provided for the right candidate.

Pre requisites:
Customer facing experience in a professional environment
Previous experience in financial services
Educated to degree level
Confident, professional & pragmatic
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work autonomously in the field and deliver demanding targets

Desirables:
Proven track record in relationship management
Proven track record in new business acquisition (closing, ! objection handling and negotiation)
Knowledge of the UK deposit market
Qualifications for Level 4 under RDR

Duties & Responsibilities:
Creating, managing and developing relationships with a number of existing and new Partners
Work with colleagues to generate leads and referrals
Regulatory and compliance
Must act with integrity, care and diligence
Location of work: Field (based in our London office but with UK wide travel)
