We have a fantastic opportunity for a Coordinator working 37.5 hours per week to work on a new project called
Progress!
A programme of individualised support designed to ! help families overcome barriers to improving their lives.
The role involves coaching and mentoring individual family members through a range of ‘Progress Measures’ for example: Health and Well Being, Social and Economic Inclusion, Employability, Community Learning, Volunteering and Housing plus many others that can meet participant’s unique needs.
Experience of supporting people and delivering to service contracts are essential for the role. You will also work well with all colleagues and take responsibility for your own development.
