We are looking for…

We are looking for people that have excellent customer service skills as well as the ability to communicate with customers selling the benefits of staying with Pitney Bowes

Ideally you will have customer service skills coupled with sales ability promoting the services on offer retaining business

You will be required to complete administration and contracts with a keen eye for detail

You must process good communication skills with the ability to confidently sell and close on the telephone

It would be advantageous to have experience within a previous retentions role

In addition we are looking for people who share our core values; being passionate about what we do, working co! llaboratively, taking accountability for actions and putting c! ustomers first

The role

As a Customer Retention Specialist you will play a crucial role in Pitney Bowes strategy/vision to further increase its market share, by retaining the client base speaking with customers ensuring we offer them the best solution to there needs to stay with Pitney Bowes. You will be responsible for hitting and exceeding set targets achieved through inbound/ outbound calling to clients that are considering leaving Pitney Bowes or are coming towards the end of there contract. Ensuring all administration is completed accurately including completion of contracts for customer issue.
