We currently have an exciting opportunity in our Global Assurance department, working as a Global Team Proje! ct Manager.
About the role
The Global Team Project Manager is responsible for managing projects which will have a positive impact on the product certification business for the BSI Group. Especially projects linked to the sales and operational/process performance aspects of the product certification business. The role also incorporates responsibilities for the EMEA element of the International Sales team in an overseeing/mentoring capacity.
About you
To be successful in this role you’ll have detailed understanding of the BSI systems and processes, together with in-depth knowledge of the products and services BSI Product Certification offer.
You’ll be managing multiple projects across the Product Certification spectrum and therefore strong project management skills are a must. The ability to collate and present data and reports on specific business sectors and potential business growth areas is vital. You'll be comfortable work! ing across all areas of the business and at all levels leading! projects to their completion.
In addition you’ll be/have:
Educated to degree level, equivalent education or proven experience of sustained over achievement in a sales environment;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as good interpersonal skills;
Proven track record of significantly exceeding targets and expectations;
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills;
Entrepreneurial relationship and business development skills;
The ability to develop executive level relationships and engage with the customer to establish an understanding of their business drivers and how BSI can enable them to become more efficient;
Be able to communicate complex technical issues;
Excellent organisational and problem solving skills;
Self-motivated and adaptable to be able to work with minimal supervision;
Experience of working in a KPI driven environment.
