You will provide administration support and ensure continuous improvement of proc! esses for the professional service and its customers.
Some of the duties of the postholder are as follows:
You will provide CPD advice and guidance to potential and existing clients both verbally and in writing, referring to different sources of information and adhering to UWE procedures and regulations.
You will carry out standard and non standard CPD administrative processes involving credit bearing, non credit bearing, professional, bespoke and non linear programmes, adhering to UWE procedures and regulations around , for example, client data protection and entry requirements for programmes.
You will make suggestions and implement continued process improvements where needed and brief relevant staff in conjunction with the CPD Manager; including promotion, enquiry/conversion, delivery and customer satisfaction.
