- Dealing efficiently with re! newals and mid term referrals
- Daily interaction with brokers
- Regular discussions with internal Underwriters
- Opportunities to take ownership of projects
- Progressing through the training schedule
- Ideally a graduate with experience of working in a professional environment, preferably financial services
- The ability to develop a thorough underwriting knowledge and then make accurate, clear underwriting decisions
- Excellent telephone manner and inter-personal skills to develop close rapport with brokers
- Team player with good work rate
