Senior Administrator

Description: Adecco is presently looking of Senior Administrator right now, this occupation will be placed in England. Detailed specification about this occupation opportunity please give attention to these descriptions. REQUIRED ON A ROLLING MONTHLY TEMPORARY BASIS. £12.30 PER HOUR, BASED IN SWINDON TOWN CENTRE. WORKING HOURS WILL BE MONDAY-FRIDAY, 9AM-5PM.
Main Responsibilities:
- P! rovide technical administrative support within the team by raising purchase orders including Payment processing
- Maintain databases and spreadsheets
- Produce monthly reporting pack from the various IT systems and also ad hoc reports required for various projects
- Ensure that all third party expenditure is placed according to company policy.
- Working with our customers as appropriate, with the objective of reducing total cost of ownership
