We have opportunities available for Community Care Workers / Care Assistants. We can of! fer full training with regular refresher training, regular supervision and employee recognition.
Our salary is competitive with higher pay rates available for weekend working. We have part time and full time hours available including weekend and evening work. It is essential for this role that you have a full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle and your own mobile phone.
Givecare provides care within the community. We offer a wide range of personal and social care to clients of all ages in their own homes. We are looking for Care Workers / Care Assistants in the following areas Clifton, Wollaton, Bilborough, Strelley and surrounding areas.
Main duties of the Care Worker / Care Assistant include:
Personal Care dressing, washing, shaving, feeding, toileting
Practical support. Domestic tasks such as laundry, cleaning, shopping, preparing and cooking
Essential qualities of a Community Care Worker include:!
Flexibility re working hours
As above own tr! ansport and mobile phone is essential
Ability to build relationships with clients
Good planning skills
Sound understanding of good care principles
