HouseMark is currently recruiting for a Head of IT & Business Services (Head IT, IT Manager, Head of IT) to manage to the day to day operations of the IT and Business Services team.
The Head of IT will provide effective management of the company's IT & business services including the IT, finance administration, procurement, office facilities management and HR.
The Head of IT will also ensure all IT projects are effectively implemented, well managed and deliver quality systems. It is also very important that sound management of the budget is incorporated as a day to day task.
One of the key parts of the role will be keeping abreast of the latest technologies and how they could possibly be implemented with commercial advantages within HouseMark.
The key skills and experience ! required are:
Professional Technical Qualification (E)!
Substantial experience of managing an IT team including projects and services
Evidence of having led implementation & project management of significant IT Projects
Experience of using .NET and SQL
Experience of managing negotiations with suppliers and stakeholders
With such a project-focussed role it would be advantageous for candidates to be PRINCE 2 or similar qualification.
