Reporting to the Data Director, the Data Planner/ Account Director will take day to day responsibility for the client relationships. Some degree of project management skills is necessary to co-ordinate the technical and analytical teams. Attention to detail is critical, be that written word or a data extract. This role would be the quality control of our data products, which are used at very senior level within clients to make fundamental business decisions.
The role will require the individual to either have, or quickly gain, a deep understanding of the Telco industry
Data Plannerâ€" skills and experience
Be able to articulate the data within the analytical and MI products into insights
Own data product integrity whether that is strategy deck or new MI software
Manage clients and internal stakeholders to ensure data products are delivered on time and within budget
â! €˜Walk the corridors’ within clients to identify and secure ! ad hoc projects
Required Experience:
5+ years within a data environment (e.g. Acxiom, Occam, Experian, CACI, Planning inc)
Working with marketing databases and analysts
Account management experience
Desired Experience:
Application development
Analysis (e.g. SAS, SPSS)
Proposal writing
