This kitchen is a 100% fresh produce kitchen producing high quality ros! ette standard food for their 140 cover restaurant. Here they have a high quality A La Carte menu and also offer a plated service for functions for up to 200 people.
Working in a brigade of 11 the ideal candidate will have strong experience within a 4- Hotel and ideally will have NVQ's depending on experience. For your first few months you will move around the kitchen in order to find your strongest section before being positioned there.
This is a fantastic job opportunity for the right candidate with an annual salary of £16,500. As an employee for this company you will also receive a range of benefits, on duty meals and uniform will be provided
