As a Process Engineer at our composites manufacturing facility in Leicestershire, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, support and continual improvement of the processes used for the manufacture of composite components.
Working as part of a small team you will act as the prime engineering interface for identified products/customers, interfacing between Design, Operations and customers to ensure all manufacturing processes a re effective, robust and compliant. It is the perfect opportunity for an experienced process engineer to work for a leading-edge composite manufacturing company.

As a Process Engineer your skills and qualifications will ideally inclu de:
- Proven experience of developing manufacturing processes for composite components
- Knowledge of compression moulding for composites will be a distinct advantage
- Experience of working directly with Aerospace customers is desirable but not essential
- Development and implementation of efficient manufacturing processes for new and existing components, both build-to-print and in-house designs
- Preparation and issuin! g of manufacturing documentation including Method Sheets, BOM’s, Routing Cards and FAI reports on the business’ ERP System
- Providing engineering support to the Quality Team during non conformance investigations and provision of re-work schemes
- Working closely with Operations, Project Management, Quality and Customers to facilitate continual improvement of manufacturing processes.
- Representing the Engineering function in Operations, Quality and Customer reviews
