Procurement Specialist -HR/Professional Services-PART TIME- 3 Days/Week- West London- Pro Rata- Salary Negotiable

A FTSE 100 Oil and Gas Company has an urgent requirement for a Pro! curement Specialist to join their HR and Professional Services procurement hub team on a permanent basis for 3 days a week. With responsibility over the full end to end procurement sourcing process, as well as the chance to take the lead on some multi million pound RFP's, this role offers a strong challenge to any procurement professional.

In this role the procurement post holder must:

• Have worked within the HR and Professional Services category with a track record of leading and delivering on major RFP's
• Have excellent negotiation and influencing skills, specifically with a track record of strong stakeholder engagement demonstrating the ability to build long term relationships on favourable terms
• Be degree educated or equivalent
• Be at least part CIPS qualified

In this strategic sourcing role the successful candidate will:

• Develop their HR procurement category knowledge, particularly within t! he learning and development, staff benefits, fleet and relocat! ion categories
• Enhance their Professional Services category knowledge within the legal, consultancy and audit procurement categories.
