PA to Directors

Adecco are currently seeking a Personal Assistant to join their clients globally recognised organisation based at their offices in Welwyn Garden City.
The PA's job is to ensure first class administrative support, co-ordination and assistance is provided to 2 Directors within the business.
Duties will include -
- organising meetings for the Directors - including conference calls and internal/external meetings.
- manage the directors schedule & diary, proactively monitoring emails and drafting responses so that his time is used efficiently.
- typing minutes and drafting documents and presentations
- processing invoices and expenses
- arranging travel, accommodation and Visa's/foreign currency for the directors when required
- dealing with suppliers and various stakeholders both inside and outside the company
This role is temporary for 12 weeks with the potential to be extended for the right candidate.
