The Role We now have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join our clients` leading team in London. The successful candidate will join a team that handles a varied caseload of commercial disputes including professional negligence, banking litigation, defamation and proceedings for judicial review. The role will also include a large proportion of domestic and international arbitrations and inter-jurisdictional disputes.
To be considered for this role you must:
Be a qualified Solicitor with 3 - 4 years` PQE; Have a strong background in Commercial and Financial Dispute Resolution; Have first class academics with at least a 2:1 at degree level; Be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills; Have exceptional advocacy, negotiation and influencing skills.
